Job description

The Department of Philosophy at Williams College invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor, to begin July 1, 2017.  Area of Specialization: Early Modern (including Kant).  Area of Competence: Open.  The teaching load is 2/2, all undergraduate, and includes an Early Modern survey course and a first-year philosophy seminar each year, plus a pass-fail Winter Study course every other January.  Ph.D. should be completed by time of appointment.
