SIMON FRASER UNIVERSITY, Burnaby, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Canada. Tenure-track appointment; beginning September 1st, 2017, at the Assistant Professor rank. AOS: Metaphysics and/or Epistemology, broadly construed. AOC: Open, but should be able to teach formal logic up to standard meta-theory for first-order logic and introductory modal logic. We place high value on a candidate's philosophic breadth, especially as it relates to teaching abilities. PhD at the time of appointment required. Teaching duties include undergraduate and graduate instruction; normally two courses per term, one term research, on a trimester system.
