The Role: The successful applicant will be required to teach 8 sections of undergraduate philosophy over the Winter and Summer terms of 2017.  
Responsibilities: You will instruct students, facilitate learning and evaluate student progress in College courses. You will plan, organize and manage learning activities and resources, provide academic advice to learners and maintain quality learner‐centered instruction.  
To Be Successful in this Role You Will Need: AOS is open. Successful applicant's AOC must include critical thinking, and either introductory applied ethics, or introductory epistemology. Strong preference for competency to meet current and ongoing teaching needs that include business ethics, medical ethics, and philosophy of law. 

Completed Ph.D. in Philosophy is strongly preferred, but applicants who are ABD in Philosophy may be considered. 

Successful applicant must be able to demonstrate teaching excellence in as many of the competency areas as possible through a record of student evaluations in relevant courses.   Link to Full Position Profile:   Work Arrangements: The Philosophy and Humanities Department has a full-time probationary position available Winter 2017: 4 sections per term, (Winter/Summer) with Professional Development, Vacation available in Fall term. May involve teaching on 2 campuses, may involve evening and weekend (Saturday) teaching.
