Job description |
Non-tenure track Instructor/Coordinator for the on-line BA Philosophy program. Will be responsible for teaching on-line and/or on-the-ground core courses in our program, advising undergraduate online students, developing and assessing online courses, training instructors and faculty in online courseware and technology, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, and assisting the Chair in the maintenance and strategic planning of the program. Ph.D in Philosophy (outstanding ABDs may be considered), AOS in ethics and applied ethics, experience with teaching and developing online courses, and skill with online teaching technology. Ability to teach undergraduate courses in philosophy of religion, professional ethics, or reason and argumentation preferred.
