Job description

Northwestern University, Department of Philosophy seeks a full-time, 1-year visiting assistant professor, beginning September 1, 2017 with teaching competence in Ancient Philosophy, Logic, and Environmental Ethics. The candidate will teach 6 courses spread over 3 quarters (e.g., 2-2-2), undergraduate and graduate. Candidates must have a Ph.D. and should submit a cover letter, CV, sample syllabi, teaching evaluations and 3 letters of recommendation to [email protected] by April 20, 2017 to ensure full consideration.
