Department of Philosophy: Instructor, Department of Philosophy, Bowling Green State University. Nontenure track, renewable faculty position available August 2017. Responsibilities: Teaching primarily undergraduate courses in philosophy, including introduction to logic and ethics of data science. Minimum qualifications: Ph.D. in Philosophy, or closely related area, earned or earned as of start date; ABD will be considered, experience teaching Introduction to Logic, experience teaching courses in both normative and applied ethics, ability to design and teach graduate-level course in Ethics of Data Science, and demonstrated record of excellence in teaching.
