McDevitt Chair of Philosophy (EXPIRED)

The Department of Philosophy of Georgetown University seeks to fill a senior position with a scholar whose work is in metaphysics and/or epistemology, broadly construed, and whose research is constructively engaged with Catholic traditions of philosophical or theological inquiry. We aim to fill this position at the level of a distinguished chair, but encourage applications from outstanding associate-level scholars. The course load is 2-2; teaching will be at both the graduate and the undergraduate levels and will include graduate supervision.
