TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY, PHILOSOPHY DEPARTMENT, Lubbock, TX. Tenure-Track Assistant Professor, beginning Fall 2018. Ph.D. prior to appointment preferred. AOS: Social/Political Philosophy OR Ethics. AOC: Open. Undergraduate and graduate teaching. Research expectations typical of major research institutions. All faculty are expected to attempt to secure external research funding when possible. Some thesis supervision. Service duties include program-building, as well as commitment to extra-curricular activities. Service to the department, college, and university is expected. Salary competitive. Summer work available.
