Job description |
The Kay Fellow will be appointed as a faculty member at the rank of lecturer with a joint appointment in Philosophy and Neuroscience. The ideal applicant will have an educational background in philosophy and neuroscience, and a demonstrated ability to foster formal and informal conversations among philosophers, psychologists, and neuroscientists. The postdoctoral fellow will actively pursue his or her own research and teach one course per semester, including a course in Neuro-ethics, while participating in and contributing to the intellectual life of the Philosophy Department, Neuroscience Program and the Brandeis community. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in hand by the start of the fellowship |
