Instructor (EXPIRED)

Luther College at the University of Regina invites applications for a sabbatical-replacement  8 month term position in Philosophy at the Instructor level, starting no later than September 1, 2018, subject to budgetary approval. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include teaching six philosophy courses, mainly Introduction to Philosophy and Critical Thinking, as well as Contemporary Moral Issues and/or other possible second year courses. Successful candidates will also be expected to participate in the administrative work of the College. Applicants must at minimum have a completed M.A. in philosophy; a PhD in philosophy (or close to completion) is preferred. Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality teaching with evidence of teaching experience.
