VIRGINIA COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY, Richmond, VA. Term Assistant Professor. Full-time position starts August 16, 2018, one-year, renewable. Teaching load 4-4. Must be able to teach upper- and lower-level courses in the philosophy of science, broadly construed, in the analytic tradition. Ability to teach introductory ethics also an advantage. Preference will be given to applicants with clear evidence of teaching effectiveness. Ph.D. in Philosophy by August 1, 2018.
