Associate/Full Professor - Ethics or Ancient Philosophy (EXPIRED)

The Department of Philosophy at the University of Toronto, Mississauga invites applications for a tenured position in Ethics (broadly understood as to include also Political Philosophy and History of Ethics) OR Ancient Philosophy at the rank of Associate or Full Professor level with an expected start date of July 1, 2013. We seek candidates who have completed a doctorate in Philosophy, have an excellent research program and record, and can provide evidence of excellence in teaching. Candidates must have the ability to teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Teaching load is normally two courses per semester (including graduate and undergraduate courses). Salary to be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
