The Clemson University Department of Philosophy and Religion seeks to hire one or more lecturer(s) in Philosophy for the 2019-20 academic year, beginning August 15, 2019. Ph.D. in Philosophy required (no ABDs). AOS and AOC open, but candidates should be able to teach introductory philosophy and logic and/or ethics courses. Ability to teach continental philosophy, environmental ethics, aesthetics, ancient philosophy, and/or modern philosophy would also be valued.
