Lecturer (EXPIRED)

UNIVERSITY OF ROCHESTER, Rochester, NY, two-year, non-tenure track appointment, to begin July 1, 2017.  The Department of Philosophy and Department of Religion and Classics seek a candidate of outstanding research accomplishment who can work productively with colleagues and students in both departments, in and beyond the AOS.  AOS: Philosophy of Religion.  AOC: Open, but we have immediate teaching needs in Philosophy of Religion, History of Modern Philosophy, Medieval Philosophy, and Critical Reasoning.  PhD in Philosophy and documented excellence in teaching are required.  Course load: 2-2, plus doctoral supervision in Philosophy.  Competitive salary, benefits, and research support.
