Adjunct Assistant Professor (EXPIRED)

The Department of Philosophy at Vassar College invites applications for a part-time, one-year adjunct position, beginning August, 2017.

The successful candidate will teach three, introductory-level courses: one section of Logic (in the spring semester), and two sections of either Philosophical Questions or Philosophy and Contemporary Issues (one section in the fall semester, one in the spring).  Topics and readings for these courses may vary widely, according to the interests of the instructor.  The successful candidate must have demonstrated success in teaching Logic.
