| Job description |
Must be able to teach sections of introductory philosophy, intro to ethics, and/or Medical Ethics. Three introductory undergraduate courses for each of two semesters (Fall 2017 and Spring 2018); minimal departmental service. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to and appreciation for teaching students from diverse, multi-cultural backgrounds. Qualifications: PhD or ABD in a closely related area, with a substantive training in philosophy and an active research program in philosophy 2. Ability to teach introductory courses in normative philosophy and/or Medical Ethics 3. Commitment to teaching, multi-cultural backgrounds. |
