• Fellows are expected to devote 65% of their time to clinical ethics training, 15% to didactic training and teaching and 20% of their time to research. Fellows will be expected to help do preparatory background work for each consult and sit in on consults at SHC. In addition, they will rotate through clinical rotations at the hospital and participate in interdisciplinary rounds in several ICU units. They will attend all ethics committee meetings at SHC and LPCH. They will also participate on the SHC policy sub-committee and help work on drafting hospital policies, including background research.
