COLBY COLLEGE, Waterville, ME. Faculty Fellow in Philosophy, one-year sabbatical replacement beginning September 1, 2018. Four courses per year to include: a survey in the History of Modern Philosophy, an introductory philosophy course, and two additional courses from the candidate's AOS or AOC. AOS: Modern Philosophy. AOC: Global Justice and Values and/or Aesthetics desirable. We are a philosophically pluralistic department and welcome candidates who have teaching and research interests in subjects that will contribute to the understanding of diversity, inclusivity, and difference in theory and practice. ABD or Ph.D. in Philosophy and evidence of teaching excellence (course evaluations) required.
