Job description |
The Department of Philosophy is accepting applications for two or three full-time lecturers for the 2018-2019 academic year. Area is open, but we have teaching needs in applied ethics (e.g. Bio- and Medical Ethics, Business Ethics, Environmental Ethics, Philosophy of Law), Philosophy of Science, Philosophy of Cognitive Science, and Philosophy of Mind. Each lecturer will undertake duties equivalent to a full-time teaching load, which the university defines as at least 12 credit-hours of classroom teaching in each semester. This position may include a combination of teaching, other departmental service, and advising as appropriate. This position is benefit-eligible. With successful performance, this position may be renewed.
