Job description

UWE Philosophy is looking for expressions of interest from those interested in hourly paid teaching for the next academic year. Those in their second year of PhD studies and beyond are welcome to send in their CVs.
 
The areas in which teaching may be available are:


Ancient philosophy
Informal logic
Film and philosophy
Metaphysics
Philosophy of mind
Hellenistic philosophy
Medieval philosophy
 
The hourly rate is around £40, but travel expenses are not covered. Therefore it is thought that this teaching may suit graduate students from the Bristol area. This teaching is in addition to the two one-year posts recently advertised.
