Job description |
The Department of Philosophy has an opening at the rank of Assistant Professor, tenure-track, in the fields of social, political, or legal philosophy (pending budgetary approval). AOS: Social, political, or legal philosophy. AOC: open, but philosophy of race desirable. Salary commensurate with qualifications. Teaching experience and Ph.D. prior to appointment are expected. Teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels; 2/2 load, semester-system. Ph.D. direction is expected. Normal committee work is required. Summer teaching options are available if a candidate is interested.
