Job description |
Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, Philosophy Department, Assistant Professor, tenure track, beginning Fall 2013 semester. AOS: Epistemology (including its normative and social aspects); AOC: Ancient Philosophy. 4 courses/year, undergraduate and graduate. Dissertation supervision and usual non-teaching duties. Salary based on experience and accomplishment. PhD must be in hand by time of application. Send complete dossier (application letter, CV, writing sample, graduate transcripts, at least three letters of reference, and evidence of teaching effectiveness) to Epistemology Search, Department of Philosophy, Vanderbilt University, Furman Hall 111, Nashville, TN 37240.
