Assistant Professor of Philosophy (EXPIRED)

St. Norbert College, De Pere, WI invites applications for a tenure-track position in Philosophy at the rank of Assistant Professor. AOS: Ethical theory; AOC: Applied Ethics. Ph.D. required. Start August 2013. Solid background in the history of philosophy, including the Christian philosophical tradition. In addition to ethics, must be able to teach a philosophy of human nature course and contribute other philosophy courses to the Core Curriculum of the College. Opportunities for interdisciplinary teaching. Commitment to undergraduate teaching is essential. Course load of three classes per semester (maximum 90 students per semester), with normal committee, student advisement, and other collegial duties.
