The philosophy department of UiT /the Arctic University of Norway invites applications for an open position in ethics. This is a tenured position at associate professor level, with an opportunity for promotion to full professor. Note that the deadline for applications is quite soon (29th September, 2019) and that there is a language requirement: the successful candidate will be able to teach in a Scandinavian language from the beginning of the appointment.
UiT/The Arctic University of Norway is in the city of Tromsø, far up inside the Arctic Circle, and is the northernmost university in the world.
