Assistant Professor - Philosophy - Tenure Track (EXPIRED)

Assistant Professor, tenure track, teaching load: 3/3 (for those with active research agendas). AOS: History of Philosophy (especially Modern Philosophy, broadly construed). AOC: Ethics. Candidates should be excellent teachers and be prepared to regularly teach Introduction to Philosophy, Introduction to Ethics, and Modern Philosophy to a range of students. We have a preference for candidates whose areas include some of the following: Medieval and Renaissance, American, Latinx, Asian, Arabic and Islamic, Native American, Philosophy of Race and/or who diversify the canon in their courses. Ph.D. in hand. Competitive salary.
