The Department of Philosophy at the University of California, Irvine, invites applications for a tenured-track assistant professor in Feminist Philosophy and/or Philosophy of Race. Applicants with interest in specializations that contribute to feminism and/or the philosophy of race (ranging from political philosophy and ethics to social philosophy, metaphysics, epistemology, philosophy of mind and language, phenomenology and history of philosophy, that highlights the role of women and under-represented minorities) are strongly encouraged to apply. Requirements: Applicants must have a Ph.D. in hand by June 30, 2020.
