Parallel to Department of Philosophy at Guangzhou Campus, the Department of Philosophy (Zhuhai) intends to develop its own research strength, in particular, in Political Philosophy, Chinese Philosophy and Culture, Foreign Philosophy, Philosophy of Mind and Cognitive Science, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary inquiry and multicultural understanding.

As one of the major schools and departments at Zhuhai Campus, the Department of Philosophy (Zhuhai) invites qualified applications for faculty positions of all rank, research fellows and post‐doctors. The successful applicants will possess a PhD in philosophy or closely related discipline from an internationally recognized and reputable university. Fresh PhDs are encouraged to apply; however, preference will be given to those with relevant university teaching and research experience. The AOS is open on different areas of Philosophy. Though teaching is primarily in Chinese, English can be the language of instruction and communication. Bilingual candidates will be highly regarded.
