Seeking individuals with expertise in the philosophy of mind. A technology/information science bent and background are desirable. Omniphysical LLC is an intellectual property development company focused on mind as an information system. The company’s intellectual property is related to and has implications for numerous issues in the philosophy of mind. The engagement has several aspects: evaluate results relevant to the mind-body problem, mind’s awareness and self-awareness, qualia, and other issues in the philosophy of mind; extend these and other results to new areas of application; help prepare results for publication; participate in and help guide ongoing research efforts. The engagement is part-time consultancy with room for growth. Compensation is adaptable to individual circumstances. Remote interaction and flexible hours. Consultants are subject to nondisclosure provisions. |
