The Instituto de Investigaciones Filosoficas-UNAM, Mexico, invites those interested in being hired as junior research fellows (year-long contract, can be renewed) to send their dossier (i.e., statement of purpose, CV, research project, letters of recommendation, and publications) to the following email address: email@example.com
Interested parties should have at least one of the following as their AOS: philosophy of language, logic or metaphysics.
Those sending their dossier should have recently obtained their PhD in Philosophy (preferably not more than 7 years, plus 2 years in case of maternity). Teaching load is one full course per semester. Those submitting should be able to speak Spanish. They should be prepared to be interviewed, deliver a job talk and teach a class the topic of which will be anounced.
The dossiers will be reviewed during the first semester of 2013. Expected start date: May 2013.
The deadline for submissions is Thursday January 31st, 2013 at 8 pm (Mexico City Time). Please note that UNAM will be closed between December 15th 2012 and January 6th 2013. For more information, send emails to firstname.lastname@example.org
