ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

DEPARTMENT OF PHILOSOPHY

POSITION: Stetson University seeks a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Philosophy with specialization in Ethics and/or Bio-Medical/Health Ethics

QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D. in Philosophy is required

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Teaching load is three courses per term with possible summer teaching; Introduction to Philosophy and Introduction to Logic to be taught on a regular basis; occasional teaching in the Honors Program and/or freshmen seminar program; the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about developing an interdisciplinary program in public health or pre-health education; department and College service expected.
