Job description

The Department of Philosophy at The Ohio State University seeks to fill one full-time senior lecturer position beginning August 2021. One year appointment may be renewable. Teaches six courses per year (three per semester). PhD in Philosophy required prior to August 2021.  AOS:  Political philosophy and/or ethics. Should be prepared to teach a range of courses including ethics, political philosophy, and engineering ethics.  Although this position is a teaching position, our department provides a lively intellectual community for philosophical research.
