Job description |
The Department of Philosophy at Case Western Reserve University seeks a postdoctoral fellow for a term of three years to join a project on the historical and conceptual foundations of scientism. Philosophers of science and historians of science are welcome to apply. Duties include: (1) conducting research on scientism, (2) helping to organize two conferences, (3) assisting with the preparation of manuscripts for publication. Opportunities to teach courses in Case Western’s History and Philosophy of Science program are also available. Review of applications will begin immediately. Start date is negotiable. Candidates must have obtained their PhD within last five years. Candidates must have a PhD at the time of application. |
