Postdoc at the Center for Moral and Political Philosophy (EXPIRED)

The Centre for Moral and Political Philosophy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem invites applications for a one year postdoctoral position from candidates whose research interests coincide with the Centre's annual theme for 2022-2023: The Value of Human Life, broadly construed. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in philosophy or a related discipline approved after October 2017 and no later than the time of the commencement of the fellowship (October 1st, 2022).

Fellows are expected to take part in all the activities of the Centre throughout their fellowship, including active participation in colloquia and discussion groups, as well as conferences and workshops at the Center and elsewhere, and to help in running the project (for instnace, in organizing the annual conference). Fellows may offer to teach a course on a topic related to their research proposal. The fellowship carries a monthly stipend of 10,000 NIS (approximately $3000). The Centre will supply travel funds as well.
