Job description |
80% of the successful candidate’s effort will be in teaching, with a focus on teaching philosophy courses—such as intro to philosophy, intro ethics, intro logic, and symbolic logic—that serve Ohio University general education requirements and requirements of the philosophy B.A. and M.A. Programs. 20% of the successful candidate’s effort will be in service, including helping to coordinate the department’s offerings in introductory logic, and the mentoring of graduate students who serve either as TAs or instructors of record for these sections.
