Post-Doctoral Teaching Fellowship (EXPIRED)

The Fordham University Philosophy Department seeks to hire a Postdoctoral Teaching Fellow for the 2022–2023 academic year.  3/3 course load, including instruction in the core curriculum (“Philosophy of Human Nature” and “Philosophical Ethics” courses); some sections will require an emphasis on writing and speaking.  No committee work. The term of the appointment is one year, renewable up to three years if University needs demand.  The position is full-time and includes benefits.  The Ph.D. must be completed by August 1, 2022.

Submit cover letter, CV, three letters of recommendation, dissertation abstract, a statement on teaching, and evidence of teaching ability (e.g., syllabi, student evaluations, letters discussing your teaching ability) through Interfolio. Application deadline is July 25, 2022.
