GENERAL INFORMATION The Department of Philosophy at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a full-time tenure-track appointment to begin in August 2023. Area of Specialization: 19th Century Continental Philosophy (with a particular emphasis in German Idealism). Area of Competence: One or more of the following: Decolonialism, Feminism, Critical Theory, Aesthetics, and Ethics. This position carries a 3-2 teaching load with a full-salary one-semester research leave prior to tenure review, and generous sabbatical and fellowship leaves for tenured faculty. Tenure-track faculty are eligible for travel support and reimbursement of relocation costs within the College’s published policies.
