The NC State Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies welcomes applications for an appointment as a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Philosophy with expertise in logic and related fields. Candidates must have completed a Ph.D. in Philosophy or a closely related field by May 2023. The responsibilities of the appointee will include teaching courses on logic up to advanced level, teaching an undergraduate course on philosophy of language, and contributing to the Department’s teaching needs in other areas of Philosophy. The teaching load is two courses per semester. Other responsibilities include research, publication and service. To Apply: Only online applications will be considered.
