| Job description |
The University at Albany, State University of New York, seeks an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) in Philosophy. The new hire will also be a member of the UAlbany AI Institute. The successful candidate will provide evidence of expertise in AI and address how AI is integral to their research program. Applicants should address in their research statement how AI is integral to their research program. The job involves teaching both at the graduate and undergraduate levels. The new hire will be expected to teach AI Ethics as well as other courses which might include Philosophy of AI, Philosophy of Technology, Philosophy of Computing, Computing Ethics, or the Philosophy of Machine Learning. |
