Hamburg University of Technology has the following vacancy attached to the Professorship of Ethics in Technology (Prof. Dr Maximilian Kiener): Doctoral Researcher, pay group 13 TV-L (100%), 4 years    The post holder is expected to pursue an independent research project related to the ethics or philosophy of technology, moral philosophy, legal theory, or applied ethics, including the ethics of artificial intelligence. The supervision by Prof. Dr Maximilian Kiener will attach great importance to providing individual support and integrating the post holder as a full team member. Research visits abroad, for example to existing co-operation partners at the University of Oxford, participation in conferences, and publications will also be actively supported. Joint international supervision of the doctoral researcher is equally possible.
