Bryn Mawr College Department of Philosophy Assistant Professor The Department of Philosophy at Bryn Mawr College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position to begin August 1, 2024. The position is open to candidates specializing in Epistemology or Philosophy of Science or Comparative Philosophy. With this position we are seeking a candidate whose research and teaching interests complement the strengths of the Bryn Mawr and Haverford College Philosophy Departments. Candidates for this position must be prepared to contribute to our introductory sequence in the history of philosophy. Teaching competence in introductory logic is strongly desirable. The successful candidates will be expected to be part of developing and teaching a diverse and inclusive curriculum, including interdisciplinary programs and other college-wide initiatives such as the 360 Program and the first-year Emily Balch Seminars. Candidates must have completed all Ph.D. requirements by the start date.
