Assistant/Associate/Full Professor, Cognitive Science of Language (EXPIRED)

The Yale Cognitive Science Program invites applications for a tenure-track, open-rank faculty appointment in the area of cognitive science of language beginning July 1, 2024. The candidate will be appointed to the interdisciplinary Program in Cognitive Science and will also have an academic appointment in one of the contributing departments at Yale (such as Linguistics, Philosophy, Psychology, and Computer Science).  The successful candidate will have a scholarly record that contributes to and actively engages with multiple disciplines in the cognitive science of language, and will be expected to teach courses in this area. The appointed scholar will teach introductory and advanced courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels and will advise student research across multiple departments. We particularly welcome applications from early career scholars, though the position is open-rank.
