Job description

The Philosophy Department at Hamilton College invites applications for the Chauncey Truax Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Philosophy. The position is a two-year appointment as visiting assistant professor or instructor, to begin July 1, 2024, with a teaching load of three courses per year.  AOS and AOC are open. The expected salary range for this position is $52,500 to $55,000. The department is interested in candidates whose scholarship and teaching speak to goals of inclusion.  Candidates who are ABD will be considered, although candidates with a Ph.D. are preferred.
