Visiting Assistant Professor of Philosophy The Avila University School of Humanities in the College of Arts & Sciences, guided by the mission of excellence in teaching and learning, and dedicated to the service to the Dear Neighbor, is actively seeking a full-time Visiting Assistant Professor of Philosophy. The successful candidate will teach courses in ethics, socio-political philosophy, and/or content related to gender and race theories. This is an academic, 10-month appointment for one academic year that is eligible for annual renewal for up to three years based on performance. The appointment will begin in August 2024.
