Job description |
The Department of Philosophy and Religion at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga invites applicants for the position of Assistant Professor in the Philosophy and Religion Department, with the anticipated start date of August 1, 2025. The successful candidate will be the primary advisor for our Philosophy: Pre-Health, Medicine, and Illness major track and teach the capstone course PHIL 4940: Topics in the Philosophy of Health, Medicine, and Illness. The teaching load is 3/3, along with usual expectations for research and service. Ideally, candidates will possess the following:
