Assistant Professor

Assistant Professor, tenure track. Position begins August 16, 2025. Ph.D. in Philosophy required by time of appointment. 3/3 teaching load. AOS: Open; AOC Open, but the department has interest in those who might teach History of Philosophy (Ancient, Early Modern) or topics involving underrepresented perspectives in Philosophy. We seek a philosopher with a promising research program who will achieve excellence in teaching undergraduate Philosophy courses to a diverse student body. The successful candidate will be actively engaged in recruiting students to the Philosophy major.
