The Faculty of Humanities at Tübingen University invites applications for the

Professorship of Philosophy with a focus on Practical Philosophy

to commence as soon as possible.

The focus in research and teaching is on normative ethics. One or several of the following areas should also be covered in teaching and research: metaethics, political philosophy or history of practical philosophy. In-depth knowledge of the history of practical philosophy is expected.

Required qualifications include a PhD or equivalent degree as well as postdoctoral qualifications and teaching experience equivalent to the requirements of a full professorship.
