Job description

Two year fellowships for postdoctoral candidates beginning September 2012. Fellows will conduct mentored theoretical and empirical research in the ethics of health policy, international research ethics, human subject research, genetics, or other fields of interest. For a typical fellow, this research yields multiple publications in premier academic journals. Fellows will also participate in case conferences, ethics consultations, review of research protocols, bioethics seminars, and many other educational opportunities available. No bioethics experience is expected or required. Stipend is based on prior experience and current U.S. Government schedule. EO/AAE. Applications must include the following: CV, up to a 1000-word statement of interest, writing sample(s) not to exceed 30 pages collectively, official graduate and undergraduate transcripts, and three letters of recommendation.
