Hourly Philosophy Consultant (Logic / Metaphysics)

I am seeking a philosopher to consult on an hourly basis on an independent research project in foundational philosophy.

The role is advisory and critical in nature, and may include:

• evaluating arguments and assumptions

• suggesting improvements in rigor and framing

• assisting with conceptual and stylistic editing of research manuscripts

Preferred Background

• PhD or current PhD candidate (ABD preferred) in philosophy

• specialization in logic, metaphysics, philosophy of mind, or philosophy of mathematics

• comfort engaging with formal or semi-formal arguments

Logistics

• Remote, flexible hours

• Hourly rate, negotiable

• Light ongoing engagement
