PNP McDonnell Postdoctoral Fellowship Job Advertisement The Department of Philosophy is accepting applications for one McDonnell Postdoctoral Fellowships for the 2026-2027 academic year in the Department’s program in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology (PNP). Housed within the Department of Philosophy, the PNP program promotes formal and informal interaction with Washington University philosophers, psychologists, and neuroscientists. The program includes both graduate and undergraduate degree offerings, a wide range of courses and seminars, and regular colloquia and research group meetings. The PNP postdoctoral fellow would be expected to teach two courses per year in the Department of Philosophy, present public lectures, carry out independent research, and coordinate PNP functions. There is a strong probability that, with successful performance, the fellowship would be renewed for a second year, 2027-2028.
