Open-Rank, Tenure Track Faculty Position in AI and Ethics The College of Arts, Sciences and Education (CASE) at Florida International University (FIU) invites applications for an open-rank, tenure track faculty position in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Ethics, to begin Fall 2026. We seek a scholar whose research and teaching address the ethical and societal implications of AI and related technologies. This position is open to candidates from any discipline, including but not limited to philosophy, social, life and natural sciences, biomedical ethics and public policy. The home/tenure department will be determined based on expertise. Job responsibilities include:
Qualifications include a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, demonstrated expertise in AI and Ethics, with a record of interdisciplinary research and teaching, external research support commensurate with career stage, and an ability to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to the university's strategic priorities.
